01 Before the day
I assess the property and the comparable sales, so we both know what it’s really worth.
02 Your ceiling
We agree a clear maximum bid and walk away point, so emotion never decides the price.
03 Auction day
I register as your bidder and bid calmly and strategically, reading the room as it goes.
04 If it’s passed in
If the property is passed in, I negotiate with the selling agent straight after.

How much does it cost?
It’s a set fee for the service, and I’ll confirm it on our free first call, before you commit to anything.
What if the auction is this weekend?
I can help even within 24 hours of the auction. If you can give me a few days, that’s preferred, so we can properly talk through the value and the strategy. Either way, call me as soon as you can on 0409 309 865.
