I check the property and recent comparable sales, and tell you honestly what I think it’s worth before any offer goes in.

We agree your walk away point, your opening offer and the terms that matter most to you.
03 The negotiation
I handle every conversation with the selling agent, including counter offers, price, terms and conditions.
04 Auction if needed
If it ends up going to auction, I’ll register and bid for you on the day.

How much does it cost?
It’s a set fee for the service, and I’ll confirm it on our free first call, before you commit to anything.
What if I haven’t found a property yet?
Then the Full Buying Service is probably a better fit. I’ll find, check and negotiate the property for you, start to finish.
