For buyers who’ve found the home they want but want an expert in their corner when it counts most. I’ll work out what the property is really worth, set the strategy and handle every conversation with the selling agent, so your budget and your emotions stay off the table.

03 Auction bidding

Fees
Fixed or percentage based, depending on your brief, the complexity of the search and the time it needs.
A retainer gets us started, and the balance isn’t due until you get the keys. Everything is agreed upfront in writing, so there are no surprises. Ask me for a quote.
